BM Series Film Evaporator


This film evaporator unit consists of three components: an evaporator, a vapor-liquid separator, and a preheater, along with a simple separator. The evaporator is a rising film tube heat exchanger. It boasts high production capacity, efficiency, and short material heating time, making it suitable for concentrating dilute solutions in the food and chemical industries. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability, meeting pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
Note: High-level slots, rotameters, drain valves, process valves, and pipelines are to be handled by the customer. If assistance is required, please specify at the time of contract signing.
