Dynamic Hot Reflux Extraction Concentrator

This unit is primarily composed of dynamic extraction tanks, evaporative concentrators, and process pipelines, integrating dynamic thermal reflux extraction, vacuum concentration, and solvent recovery into one system. It can continuously and synchronously perform extraction and concentration under closed conditions. The solvent vapor produced during concentration is condensed and returned to the extraction tank. Additionally, the secondary steam can be used to reheat the materials during extraction for thermal reflux dynamic extraction. It is suitable for the extraction of water and organic solvents at normal temperatures and around 60°C in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, biology, food, and light industry. It offers advantages such as low investment, high efficiency, and significant energy savings.
