1. Principle of average force distribution throughout each stage, even force distribution across all roller lines, balanced wear, and extended roller lifespan.

2. The use of C12MoV material for roller rolling is due to its wear-resistant properties, but its specific strength and hardness are contradictory. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized, and it requires two or even three tempering cycles after quenching to achieve the desired hardness.

3. The track arc section is the core of the slider. After the initial forming of the arc through the first few passes, during subsequent rolling and bending to form a vertical edge, the formed arc should be effectively restrained through the top and bottom rolling mills or cross wheels. Otherwise, the arc position of the material will definitely change during the stretching process, with the R decreasing to form a triangle, the ball bearing not reaching the bottom, resulting in noise from the contact points, and when R increases, it causes vibration with the track, leading to a blurred track during slider usage, uneven force distribution, slider deformation, and shortened lifespan.

4. Rolling stability issues often arise during production, where materials tend to sway left or right within the roller tracks. This is actually due to uneven force distribution on a single roller set, with more force on the left causing the material to sway to the right, and vice versa with more force on the right causing the material to sway to the left.
