2. Product Application and Precautions: Silicone rubber electric heating tape is a particularly soft fixed-length heating tape with a high power density design. Therefore, in addition to being used for companion heating and insulation with general constant power heating strips, it can also be used in certain situations where heating is required.
Section 3: RDG Type Silicone Rubber Electric Heating Tape Usage Precautions:
During installation, the silicone rubber flat side of the electric heating tape should be tightly adhered to the surface of the medium pipeline or tank, and secured with aluminum tape.
2. To reduce heat loss, a double insulation layer should be added to the outer surface of the electric heating tape.
3. Strictly prohibited from overlapping and entwined installation to prevent overheating and damage. Additionally, samples can be custom-made according to customer requirements (specifications, dimensions), with withstand voltage up to 20,000V/min dielectric strength.
