Quotation: 1) Customer provides drawings (format CAD, PDF, STP) or can supply samples, drawings                

Information required: quantity to be processed, material accuracy requirements, surface treatment, special technical requirements. Our company can also modify and design the drawings according to customer requirements.       

2) Quotation Time (5)

Minutes upon receipt, excluding special circumstances. Upon receiving the drawings or samples, our company will schedule our technical staff to provide a quote and respond.                

Price: Negotiable with the client, with market conditions in mind, but pricing is not our main focus. We strive to deliver greater value to our clients, with equal importance placed on quality, delivery time, after-sales service, and attitude.                

Quality: 1) Equipment Assurance: Our store is an actual factory, equipped with the following machinery: CNC through-spindle machines, CNC turning-milling composite machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, grinding machines, high-speed thread rolling machines, drilling machines, and more.                

2) Quality Inspector: Professional personnel conduct relevant inspections on the parts, and shipment is only made after passing inspection.                

3) Service Team: Our company has mechanical designers, CAD technicians, and professional machinists.                

Delivery: Production Time: Each customer's order is tracked in real-time. In case of any delay in delivery, our company will communicate and negotiate with the customer in advance.                

After-Sales: Upon receiving the product, if there are any issues that do not meet the requirements, we will first analyze the cause of the problem. If it's due to our processing error, and if the product is scrapped due to the buyer's incorrect drawings, it will be discussed separately. Any issues can be resolved through communication and negotiation until the customer is fully satisfied!
