The ceramic filter is mainly composed of several parts: roller system, agitation system, feeding and discharging system, vacuum system, filtrate discharge system, scraper system, backwashing system, combined cleaning system (ultrasonic cleaning, automatic acid dosing cleaning), fully automatic control system, tank, and frame.
The ceramic filter utilizes backwashing and combined cleaning methods for cleaning. The system is equipped with PLC automatic control and includes devices such as variable-frequency drives, level gauges, and metering pumps. Upon startup, the pulp valve is monitored by a level sensor to control the pulp level. The filtrate from the vacuum tank is detected by the level gauge; when it reaches the high level, the PLC control system promptly opens the filtrate pump outlet valve for rapid drainage. The ceramic filter can be operated via remote or centralized control according to different customer requirements.
