Bright Annealing FurnaceFor medium industrial kilns, in a long strip shape. The continuous bright annealing furnace in the forging workshop of the vehicle factory originally used fuel-based sub-high-speed burners, primarily for heating and casting train axles followed by heat treatment, making it one of the key equipment in the forging workshop of the vehicle factory.
Strengths
1. User-friendly, accustomed to the production environment.
2. The furnace升温is quick and the temperatures in each section are evenly distributed.
3. The furnace body overhauls are guaranteed for over five years, and the repair of easily damaged parts such as the furnace door and burners is convenient.
Flaw
1. High fuel consumption, low efficiency, and severe environmental pollution.
2. Issues caused by push steel tracks and the like are numerous, leading to difficult repairs and affecting production.
3. Low degree of automation control, high scrap rate, generally around 12%.
Enhancement Measures
The reformed bright annealing furnace is divided into three temperature zones. Workpieces are pushed into the furnace's first zone—the heating zone—by a pusher. This zone features four burners arranged in staggered positions on both sides of the walls, supported by arches made of refractory bricks, allowing for double-sided heating. Ahead lie zones two and three—the isothermal zones, with four burners placed at the same height on both sides of the walls. All eight burners are of low-pressure eddy current type. There's a spacing beam between zones one and two, and two composite metal heat exchangers are installed at the front and back of the furnace's top. Both side walls and the bottom are constructed of bricks, while the roof is made from refractory fiber blanket. A high-pressure blower is used to supply both combustion air and exhaust air. Regulatory valves and flow orifice plates are installed on the gas main and air main, and a set of microcomputer control system, display instruments, and protective devices are also provided.
