In 2002, a 60-acre standard industrial park was built with an investment of 35 million yuan, and the ISO quality management system was introduced. The full-fiber energy-saving furnace series, including car-bottom furnaces, quenching furnaces, pit furnaces, box furnaces, cover furnaces, and carburizing furnaces, are exported to Germany, Thailand, North Korea, Pakistan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and other countries. Collaborating with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Shanxi Jiner, Luoyang Metallurgical Research Institute, Sanli Heavy Industry Research Institute, River and Sea Group, Jinggong Mechanical and Electrical Research Institute, Zhongshan Kera QPQ production line, Suzhou Feilwei electric heating mold shell sintering furnace (British technology), and other institutions, the company has consistently promoted technological innovation and established an industrial furnace design center, independently undertaking the design of large and medium-sized heat treatment equipment, and continuously winning bids for large and medium-sized heat treatment equipment projects at home and abroad (such as a 7.5 million yuan Indonesia steel continuous annealing and tempering production line, and a 5.3 million yuan Shandong Yilaitong Heavy Industry casting and forging production line).
