The Well-type Vacuum Furnace Control System utilizes temperature control thermocouples and a Shanghai Guolong Intelligent Digital Temperature Controller for temperature regulation. The controller can operate according to the set temperature, displaying both theoretical and actual values. The temperature control system also features an over-temperature audio-visual alarm function.
The temperature recording system for the control unit employs a Shanghai Dahua Changtu temperature recorder, which records the furnace temperature with a K-type thermocouple. The furnace temperature compensation wire is connected from the instrument cabinet to the thermocouple inside the furnace body, supplied by the vendor.
The control and execution system employs a high-power可控硅 zero-crossing triggering system, equipped with a heat sink and a complete forced-air cooling system. It is also fitted with an automatic air switch and fast-blow fuses for secondary maintenance. Each electrical heating element is equipped with an ammeter, voltmeter, and an on/off indicator for the heating element, featuring power-on interlock protection and safe grounding measures.
