The lifespan of generator rentals is influenced by several factors: Firstly, it's important to note that the wearables in generator rentals include air filters, oil filters, and diesel filters. To extend the lifespan of a generator rental, it is crucial to enhance the maintenance of these three filters—air, oil, and diesel—during operation to fully utilize their functions. When installing the air filter, ensure that no parts are missing, incorrectly installed, or that the sealing washers and rubber connecting tubes are not misaligned, and maintain the tightness of all mating surfaces. For paper dust cup air filters, clean the dust after every 50-100 hours of operation using a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dust. If the working hours exceed 500 hours or the filter is damaged, it should be replaced promptly. For oil bath air filters, clean the filter element with clean diesel every 100-200 hours of operation and replace the oil. If the filter element is broken, replace it immediately and make sure to add oil as per instructions during use.
