Pre-impregnated material winding technology

With the increasing complexity of thermoplastic composite parts internationally, Henbo Composites has developed PEEK resin and pre-impregnated fibers for winding technology in response to this trend, and has jointly developed in-situ laser consolidation winding technology for thermoplastic composites with various partners. The thermoplastic composite winding barrels are laser-wound in situ using Henbo Composites' T700-PEEK pre-impregnated material on molds. This winding barrel has been reinforced longitudinally, with tensile strengths ranging from 2200 to 2300 MPa, varying according to the fiber grade.
