Circular pipe compensator

Metallic Round CompensatorMetallic compensator, also known as a circular compensator, bellows expansion joint, metallic bellows compensator, or metallic伸缩节.
Metallic circular compensators are categorized by nominal diameter, with a total of 30 specifications ranging from DN200 to DN1000, and are divided into single wave, double wave, and triple wave (each with 30 types). Circular single wave sealed compensators have 12 specifications ranging from DN400 to DN1400. They are mainly used in high, medium, and low-temperature hot air ducts and pipes subject to high-frequency mechanical vibrations, featuring good flexibility, excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance, and vibration-damping properties. They can absorb the axial and lateral displacements of the pipes.
The compensation performance table for circular compensators is as follows:
1. For the double-bend compensator, the values (△) listed for the compensation performance should be multiplied by 1.7.
2. For the three-wave compensator, the values (△) listed for the compensation performance should be multiplied by 2.5.
Generally, metal circular compensators are required for pressure pipelines. These compensators prevent explosion hazards caused by excessive pipeline capacity. The bellows expansion joint serves the purpose of stretching two pipes. When pipeline pressure is too high, the expansion joint automatically expands, sometimes also referred to as an expansion joint. Conversely, when pipeline pressure is too low, the expansion joint automatically contracts, serving the function of protecting pipeline balance.
