Product Introduction
The Mining Bag Dust Collector is a dust removal equipment used for collecting dust during the crushing process. It is designed for dust collection from mining machinery operations, including crushers, vibrating screen dust collectors, belt conveyor dust collectors, etc. The characteristic of dust generated during mining machinery operation is that the dust volume is large. Therefore, when selecting a mining bag dust collector, it is important to choose the right air volume. In practice, based on our experience, slightly larger air volume tends to yield better dust collection results. Due to the large dust volume during crushing and screening, a smaller design may result in dust overflow.
The Mine Bag Dust Collector is composed of a filter chamber, filter bags, clean air chamber, ash hopper, ash discharge valve, pulse jet device, electric control box, and more. The Mine Bag Dust Collector is a new energy-saving dust collector with a large air handling capacity, developed by our company based on the MD-type single-machine pulse-jet bag dust collector and PPC gas box pulse dust collector, combining practical experience. It overcomes the shortcomings of small air handling capacity in single-machine dust collectors and insufficient cleaning strength in gas box compartments, as well as uneven air distribution. The structure of the Mine Bag Dust Collector has its unique features, thereby improving dust collection efficiency, adaptability, and extending the service life of the filter bags. After years of production practice, the equipment operates stably, requires minimal maintenance, and has a wide range of combinations, earning high praise from a large number of mine enterprise users.
Operation Principle
The dust-laden gas from the ore crushing machine and vibration screen enters the deduster through the ash hopper inlet, flows into the filtering chamber via the lower ash hopper, with coarser particles falling directly into the ash hopper. The clean air after filter bag filtration enters the clean air chamber and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. As the filtration time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bags, increasing the resistance and gradually reducing the air volume handled, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. This series employs a continuous timed cycle for dust removal. During cleaning, a pulse controller sends signals to sequentially open the pulse valves, causing compressed air in the gas separator to rapidly pass through the pulse valves to the jet pipes and into the filter bags. This causes the filter bags to expand abruptly, removing the dust layer on the surface and restoring the filter resistance. The dust removed falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve. After the complete filter bag jet cleaning is finished, the deduster returns to normal operation.
