Product Introduction
The Mining Bag Dust Collector is a dust removal equipment used for collecting dust during the crushing process. It is designed for collecting dust generated by mining machinery, including crushers, vibrating screen dust collectors, belt conveyor dust collectors, etc. The characteristic of dust generated by mining machinery is that it is in large quantities. Therefore, when selecting a mining bag dust collector, the air volume of the dust collector should be appropriately chosen. In practice, according to our experience, slightly choosing a larger air volume results in better dust collection. Due to the large amount of dust during crushing and screening, a smaller design may lead to dust overflow.
The Mine Bag Dust Collector is composed of a filter chamber, filter bags, clean air chamber, ash hopper, ash discharge valve, pulse jet device, electrical control box, etc. The Mine Bag Dust Collector is a new energy-saving dust collector with a large air handling capacity, developed by our company based on the MD single-machine pulse-jet bag dust collector and PPC gas box pulse dust collector, combined with practical experience. It overcomes the shortcomings of small air handling capacity in single-machine dust collectors and insufficient cleaning strength in gas box compartments, as well as uneven air distribution. The structure of the Mine Bag Dust Collector has its own characteristics, thereby improving the dust collection efficiency, adaptability, and extending the service life of the filter bags. After many years of production practice, the equipment operates stably, requires minimal maintenance, and has a wide range of combinations, winning high praise from a large number of mine enterprise users.
Operation Principle
Mine crushers and vibration screens introduce dusty gas into the dust collector through the ash hopper inlet, which then enters the filtering chamber. Coarser particles fall directly into the ash hopper. After bag filtration, the clean air enters the clean air chamber and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. As the filtering time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bags, increasing the resistance and gradually reducing the air volume handled, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. This series employs a continuous timed cycling cleaning process. During cleaning, a pulse controller signals the sequential opening of each pulse valve. The compressed air in the gas separator is instantaneously directed through the pulse valve to the blowing tube and into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand, thereby removing the dust layer on the surface and restoring the filter resistance. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve. After the complete cleaning of the filter bags, the dust collector returns to normal operation.
