Medium Efficiency Bag-Type Air Filter Structure and Principle: The outer frame can be made of aluminum, paired with high-pile, multi-layer artificial fiber filter material, achieving a high degree of filtration efficiency. The first layer of artificial fiber filter captures larger particles in the air, while the finer second layer enhances the filter's stability and prevents smaller dust particles from floating in the air. This two-layer design ensures low initial resistance and high dust-holding capacity. Additionally, its unique bag-type structure ensures uniform airflow throughout the entire bag, effectively preventing overcrowding or leakage between bags, thus reducing resistance and maximizing dust-holding capacity. The reinforcing wire also prevents the filter from deforming or falling out of the frame in poor working conditions.
