The FRS-560G canopy filter cotton is processed by thermal melting technology; featuring an incremental structure with multi-layer progressively denser technology, the fiber density increases gradually towards the pure air direction, offering higher filtration efficiency. Dust particles of varying sizes are blocked at different density levels, allowing for more effective containment of a greater amount of dust.

The air outlet of the filter has been reinforced with a layer of mesh fabric for better shaping, ensuring excellent air quality.

The filter media has been fully impregnated, preventing any fiber shedding or leakage. This filter media can also filter out all particles larger than 5μm. The media comes in options of full adhesion, surface adhesion, and dry treatment for customer selection.
