The 600G baked paint booth filter cotton is processed using thermal melting technology; it features an incremental structure with a multi-layer gradually denser technique, where the fiber density increases progressively towards the purified air direction, offering higher filtration efficiency. Dust particles are blocked at different density levels based on their size, effectively accommodating a larger volume of dust.

The exhaust side of the 600G paint booth filter mesh has been reinforced with a layer of square woven mesh to ensure excellent air quality.

The filter media is fully impregnated to prevent any fiber shedding or leakage. It effectively filters out all particles larger than 5μm. Available options for the filter media include full adhesiveness, surface adhesiveness, and dry treatment for customer selection.
