Product Introduction
The YLW series thermal oil boiler is a horizontal chain grate assembly boiler with a square tube. The chain grate and the boiler body are separated at the factory. This boiler uses a chain grate for mechanical coal feeding, equipped with a blower and induced draught fan for mechanical ventilation, and a slag removal machine for mechanical slag discharge. During operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas is reflected to the front of the furnace after passing through the arch, then undergoes radiant heat exchange over the radiant heating surface and enters the convective heating surface for convective heat exchange. It then flows to the waste heat boiler, followed by the air preheater, and finally enters the dust collector. After dust removal, the flue gas is drawn through the chimney by the induced draught fan and released into the atmosphere.

Optimized radiant and convective heating surfaces, with a more rational medium flow, will not reduce lifespan due to overheating of the carrier.
The heating surface employs an effective fixation and support structure, extending its service life.
Effective smoke isolation is set on the heating surface, with longer lifespan for the cast partition walls.

Fuel-efficient
The furnace is constructed with high-quality refractory bricks, filled with high-quality perlite in the middle, and the body temperature is controlled below 50°C, with the minimum heat loss.
