Product Introduction
This series of boilers is a new type of carbon ash-burning flue gas waste heat boiler developed and manufactured by our company, featuring a single steel cylinder and vertical arrangement. The dust-laden flue gas passes through a water-cooled settling chamber, superheater, the boiler's main system, and a soft water heater before being connected to the desulfurization and dust removal system.
The high-temperature flue gas enters the boiler and first flows into the flue gas sedimentation chamber, which is composed of a water-cooled film wall system. Its primary function is to reduce the flue gas temperature, thereby lowering the metal wall temperature of the superheater and preventing overheating and damage. The superheater is a horizontally suspended structure, divided into a high-temperature section and a low-temperature section, and uses surface or spray water equalizing temperature reducers. The convective tube bundle is arranged in a straight line, utilizing multiple baffles to deflect the flue gas, increasing the gas velocity and creating a transverse scrubbing effect, enhancing the heat transfer capability of the tube bundle. The economizer employs a serpentine tube design, with transverse scrubbing, multi-stage arrangement, and the load of the economizer can be adjusted according to production needs. The economizer's tail section is made of alloy steel, resistant to low-temperature sulfuric acid corrosion, significantly extending the equipment's service life. The final economizer can be located outside the boiler body, facilitating maintenance or replacement.
This boiler model has a small footprint, saving on construction investment, and boasts excellent heat exchange efficiency, making it an ideal choice for waste heat recovery in the carbon industry.

3. Membrane-type water-cooled wall structure with high heat transfer efficiency and good sealing performance, solving issues such as large air leakage and high heat loss.
4. Reserve space for SCR denitrification in the appropriate temperature range of the boiler to meet the environmental emission requirements of flue gas.
5. Pulsed Jet Ash Blower, effectively reduces fly ash pollution on the boiler heating surface, ensuring boiler efficiency.
