At the police-bank kiosk ATMs, there are self-service functions for common banking needs such as depositing and withdrawing cash, transferring funds, interbank withdrawals and transfers, public service bill payments, and financial information inquiries.

II. Monitoring Function

The monitoring function can be divided into two types. One is the internal monitoring within the silver pavilion, equipped with surveillance recording devices, allowing for comprehensive 24/7 surveillance through the monitoring system and alarm system. This ensures the safety of personnel using the self-service bank, particularly during night withdrawals. The other is the external monitoring function, with surveillance installed outside, constantly monitoring the public environment around the pavilion. In case of emergencies, it facilitates early detection and handling by law enforcement personnel.

The service booth area of the police-bank kiosk is equipped with smoke, temperature, and water immersion alarm detectors. An alarm signal will be triggered if the smoke concentration reaches the upper limit of the smoke detector, or the temperature between the devices exceeds 80°C, or the ground water level exceeds 5 millimeters. This helps to notify relevant departments in time and prevent disasters; it also aids in preventing some citizens from smoking arbitrarily inside the kiosk.
