1. Pre-installation Preparation

• Thoroughly inspect the aeration equipment and related accessories for any damage or deformation issues.

• Clear the installation site to ensure there are no debris or obstructions affecting the installation.

• Installation locations and spacing of the aeration devices are strictly determined according to design requirements to ensure uniform aeration.

• When connecting pipes, ensure good sealing to prevent gas leakage. For threaded connections, use sealing glue or tape; for flange connections, make sure the flange surfaces are flat and the gaskets are in good condition.

• When installing the aeration device, ensure proper level and vertical alignment to avoid tilting and impact the aeration efficiency.

• When installing mechanical aeration devices, ensure they are securely fastened to prevent movement or displacement during operation.

• Upon completion of the installation, system debugging is conducted. Initially, an unloaded trial run is performed to check if the equipment operates normally and for any abnormal noises or vibrations.

• Be cautious to protect the components of the aeration device during the cleaning process to prevent damage. Additionally, use appropriate cleaning agents to avoid environmental pollution.

• When a malfunction in the aeration equipment is detected, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection. Analyze the cause based on the fault symptoms and take the corresponding measures to address it.

• For damaged aeration component parts, timely replacement is required. When replacing parts, ensure that the quality and specifications of the new parts match those of the original parts.

• Regular maintenance of the aeration equipment is conducted, including checking the wear of the equipment and the lubrication condition of the lubrication parts.

• Regularly lubricate the transmission components of mechanical aeration equipment and replace wearing parts to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
