In current technology, the issue of material accumulation on the bottom plate of grain elevator bases has never been adequately resolved. Given that the bucket belt can vary in length due to longer belts and different material load capacities, maintaining a safe gap between the base plate and the buckets is often necessary to prevent contact. This gap allows for material accumulation. To address this, Rongxiang continuously improves the grain elevator. It prevents grain from breaking during vertical conveying operations with ultra-low-speed bucket elevator conveying equipment. The ultra-low-speed, low-breakage bucket elevator consists of a head, explosion relief cylinder, observation cylinder, maintenance cylinder, standard cylinder, base, coupling, reducer, hydraulic coupler, motor, drive wheel with wear-resistant lining, plastic bucket with sliding track, bucket belt, buffer-type feeding hopper, squirrel cage bottom wheel with conical flanges, and an arc-shaped scoop for cleaning. This invention avoids the impact of centrifugal force during grain unloading, reducing material accumulation and preventing repeated digging in the plastic bucket with sliding track in the accumulated material.
