Product Introduction:
To address issues such as low efficiency, poor working conditions, and heavy labor intensity in traditional flat warehouse bulk grain dispatch, our current effective solution is to achieve automated dispatch management through fully automatic dispatch machines. The two interchangeable dispatch modes also cater to the dispatch needs of a wide range of customers.
The automated unloading machine, by integrating the existing grain picker with conveyors and incorporating IoT sensor technology, allows for remote-controlled unloading. Of course, this fully automatic unloading conveyor is also equipped with a cabin, so manual operation is an option as well. This equipment features a dual-rotary multi-angle adjustable remote unloading machine, including a frame, scraper conveyor, telescopic conveyor, and inclined conveyor. Below the telescopic conveyor, there's a device for adjusting the discharge height. The scraper conveyor's lower end is equipped with a middle turntable, and the telescopic conveyor's head is fitted with a rear turntable that can rotate horizontally. This fully automatic unloading conveyor can scrape material from the top of the pile to the feeding auger, eliminating the need for manual transport or tools within the warehouse to the double-screw auger for unloading. Material transport is convenient and fast, with high unloading efficiency. Both the middle and rear turntables can rotate horizontally, adjusting the scraper conveyor's scraping angle and the telescopic conveyor's discharge port position. The adjustment mechanism combines legs with telescopic rods, offering flexible and stable height adjustment. The equipment is more stable during the unloading process, resulting in cleaner unloading, higher unloading rates, and a more time and labor-saving operation. It is a relatively complete unloading equipment available on the market.
