详情描述
Composite epoxy resin bridge架main technical requirements
1. Bridge Material: Metal frame formed from cold-rolled steel sheet, externally combined with composite epoxy resin. Thickness requirements: For bridges with width ≤ 300, product thickness ≥ 3.5mm; for bridges with width > 600, product thickness ≥ 4.5mm.
2. The composite epoxy resin bridge structure is a multi-level layered design, consisting of a metal framework layer, bonding layer, protective layer, and the main corrosion and fire-retardant layer.
3. Bridge accessories such as junction plates must be made of inner steel plate material to ensure consistent bridge strength and overall system stability and robustness.
4. The inner steel plate cross-section matches the bridge cross-section.
5. The inner steel plate material of the bridge tray should comply with Grade 3 steel in Class A of GB700 standard, and conform to the relevant provisions of GB716 and GB912 standards. The metal surface must undergo special treatment (shot blasting and bead blasting) to increase the contact area between the metal matrix and the anti-corrosion material, enhancing the adhesive force.
6. Add a soft bonding layer between the anticorrosive coating and the metallic substrate to prevent delamination due to different thermal expansion coefficients between the metal framework and the primary anticorrosive layer, ensuring no delamination with the primary coating for 30 years.
7. Composite epoxy resin bridge trays are coated with a high-density, damage-resistant protective layer that reflects ultraviolet rays, ensuring a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface. This enhances the aging resistance and service life of the cable tray.
8. The glass fiber cloth used for wrapping the inner lining of the bridge beam reinforcement layer should consist of at least 2 layers on one side, and it is woven from a three-free (alkali-free, wax-free, untwisted) non-woven fabric.
9. Any end face, connection surface, and connection holes of the bridge have measures against severe corrosion and external force.
10. Bridge support accessories such as expansion plates, width adjustment plates, height adjustment plates, etc., are all made of composite epoxy resin material with an inner steel frame, meeting the strength requirements. The connecting bolts are made of stainless steel, with a carrying capacity of up to 120kg/m, enhancing corrosion resistance.
11. The safety factor for the load design of cable trays should not be less than 1.5 (for yield point). The relative deflection of the bracket when subjected to the rated uniformly distributed load should not exceed 1/200. The rated uniformly distributed load is 200kg/m when the bracket width is ≤800mm, and 250kg/m when the bracket is >800mm (excluding outdoor snow and ice loads as well as wind loads).
12. Cable tray installation methods include single-sided or double-sided suspended installation, as well as single-sided or double-sided ground mounting.
13. The channel bridge架is constructed with a stepped design and a bottom plate to enhance its strength and stability. The connection between the bottom plate and the steps should be secured with stainless steel rivets to increase the riveting strength.
14. The center distance of the step cross section does not exceed 350mm, while minimizing the bridge's own weight, enhancing its strength to ensure it meets the requirements for large spans.
15. In the composite epoxy resin formulations, lightweight micronized aluminum hydroxide is used as the filler to reduce the bridge's weight, facilitating installation and maintenance. Additionally, the micronized lightweight aluminum hydroxide is an excellent flame-retardant material, significantly enhancing the bridge's flame-retardant properties.
16. All connections and fasteners for composite epoxy resin bridge structures must be made of stainless steel material.
17. The maximum deviation range for bridge girder length: ±2mm for 2000mm length, ±3mm for 4000mm length.
18. The bridge cover is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and secured with ties, making it easy to install.
19. The bridge架is of fruit green color, and the surface treatment and coating quality should comply with the following specifications:
(1) After bridge架processing, the cross-sectional shape should be upright, free of distortions, bends, cracks, burrs, and other defects; (2) The routing grooves of the composite epoxy resin bridge架 should be smooth, flat, and free of protrusions and sharp angles that could damage the cable insulation; 22. When the bridge架height is 50mm or 100mm, there are 4 connection holes at each end. When the height is 150mm or 200mm, there are 8 connection holes at each end.
