详情描述
Composite epoxy resin bridge supports main technical requirements
1. Bridge Material: Metal frame formed from cold-rolled steel sheet, externally bonded with composite epoxy resin. Thickness requirements: For bridges with width ≤ 300, product thickness ≥ 3.5mm; for bridges with width > 600, product thickness ≥ 4.5mm.
2. The composite epoxy resin bridge structure is a multi-level layered design, comprising a metal skeleton layer, bonding layer, protective layer, and primary corrosion and fire-resistant layer.
3. Bridge support accessories such as connecting plates must be made of inner steel plate material to ensure consistent bridge strength and the overall stability and robustness of the system.
4. The inner steel plate cross-section matches the bridge section.
5. The inner steel plate material of the bridge tray should comply with Class A No. 3 steel in GB700 standard and the relevant provisions of GB716 and GB912 standards. The metal surface must be treated with special processes (shot blasting and grit blasting) to increase the contact area between the metal matrix and the anticorrosive material, enhancing the adhesion.
6. Add a soft bonding layer between the corrosion-resistant coating and the metallic substrate to prevent delamination due to different thermal expansion coefficients between the metal frame and the main coating. Ensures no delamination from the main coating for 30 years of use.
7. The composite epoxy resin bridge tray's main anti-corrosion layer is externally coated with a high-density, damage-resistant protective layer that reflects ultraviolet rays. The surface is smooth and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the cable tray's anti-aging properties and service life.
8. The inner lining of the bridge tray reinforcement is wrapped with glass fiber cloth, with at least 2 layers on one side, and is woven from triple-free (free of alkali, wax, and twist) nonwoven fabric.
9. All ends, connection surfaces, and connection holes of the bridge channel are equipped with anti-corrosion and anti-force measures.
10. Composite epoxy resin bridge accessories, such as expansion plates, width adjustment plates, and height adjustment plates, are all made of composite epoxy resin material with an inner steel frame, meeting the strength requirements. The connecting bolts are made of stainless steel, with a load-bearing capacity of 120kg/m, enhancing corrosion resistance.
11. The safety factor for the load design of cable trays should not be less than 1.5 (for yield point). The relative deflection of the bracket when subjected to the rated uniformly distributed load should not exceed 1/200. The rated uniformly distributed load is 200kg/m for brackets with a width ≤800mm, and 250kg/m for brackets >800mm (excluding outdoor snow and ice loads as well as wind loads).
12. Cable tray installation methods include single or double-sided suspended架空 installation, as well as single or double-sided ground mounting.
13. The槽式bridge supports feature a stepped structure with a base plate to enhance both strength and stability. The connection between the base plate and the steps should be secured with stainless steel rivets to increase rivet strength.
14. The center distance of the step transoms is not greater than 350mm, which ensures that while minimizing the bridge's own weight, its strength is enhanced to meet the requirements for large spans.
15. In the composite epoxy resin formulations, micro-fine lightweight aluminum hydroxide is used as the filler to reduce the bridge's own weight, facilitating installation and maintenance. Additionally, the micro-fine lightweight aluminum hydroxide serves as an excellent flame-retardant material, significantly enhancing the bridge's flame-retardant properties.
16. All connections and fasteners on composite epoxy resin bridge beams must be made of stainless steel.
17. The maximum deviation range for bridge girder length: ±2mm for a length of 2000mm, ±3mm for a length of 4000mm.
18. The bridge covers are made of fiberglass, secured with ties, for easy installation.
19. The bridge tray color is apple green, and the surface treatment and coating quality should comply with the following specifications:
(1) After bridgeway processing, the cross-section shape should be upright, free of distortion, bending, cracks, and burrs at the edges; (2) The routing grooves of the composite epoxy resin bridgeway should be smooth, flat, and free of any protrusions or sharp angles that could damage the cable insulation; 22. When the bridgeway height is 50mm or 100mm, there are four connection holes at each end. When the height is 150mm or 200mm, there are eight connection holes at each end.
