The main principle of our domestic wastewater treatment equipment: The equipment combines the A2O biological treatment process with the MBR process. The A stage is an anaerobic biological treatment, where aerobic microorganisms utilize organic carbon sources as electron donors, converting NO2-N and NO3-N in wastewater into N2 for denitrification purposes. This process eliminates eutrophication pollution caused by nitrogen, while also removing some organic matter. The O stage is an aerobic biological treatment, designed to further oxidize and decompose organic matter. It also facilitates the smooth progression of nitrification as carbonization approaches completion. In the O stage tank, there are mainly aerobic microorganisms and autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria). The aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O; the autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) convert NH3-N in wastewater into NO2-N and NO3-N. A portion of the effluent from the O stage is recycled back to the A stage, providing electron acceptors for the A stage and eliminating nitrogen pollution through nitrification.
