The simulated screen production process is roughly divided into the following steps:
Raw Material Preparation: Includes the procurement and inspection of raw materials such as glass substrates, conductive films, and liquid crystals, ensuring the quality meets the required standards.
Edge Grinding and Cleaning: The glass substrate is processed for edge grinding to achieve smooth and flat edges, followed by cleaning to remove dust and other impurities.
Conductive Film Coating: The conductive film is evenly coated onto the glass substrate using a coating machine, forming a conductive layer.
UVCuring: The conductive layer is cured by means of an ultraviolet curing unit, ensuring it firmly adheres to the glass substrate.
Color Filter Film Coating: Uniformly coat the color filter film onto the glass substrate using a coating machine, tailored to the screen's requirements.
UVCuring: UV curing of the color filter film to enhance its adhesion and durability.
Liquid Crystal Injection: A certain amount of liquid crystal material is injected onto a glass plate, and then another glass plate is bonded to it, forming a liquid crystal layer.
Dotting and Bonding: Utilize automatic dotting machines to apply adhesive to the glass substrate and bond it with the liquid crystal layer, ensuring there are no air bubbles or loose connections between them.
Encapsulation: Place the assembled screen module into a sealed container, inject an appropriate amount of an expanding agent, and isolate air entry to prevent moisture and dust.
Rigorous Testing: Each screen module undergoes strict functional testing and appearance inspection to ensure product quality.
Packaging and Shipment: Ensuring screen modules are protected from damage through proper packaging methods, and products are neatly arranged for shipment to customers.
The entire simulated screen production process must be carried out in a high-purity working environment to ensure product quality and reliability. Each step requires the collaboration of professional equipment and technical personnel to complete various operations.
