The Permanent Magnet Iron Remover utilizes the magnetic force of magnets to attract ferromagnetic materials. When the permanent magnet attracts a significant amount of ferromagnetic materials, it requires manual removal using a non-magnetic scraper or by wearing gloves to remove them. It is suitable for continuous operation in environments with low iron content. The Self-Discharging Permanent Magnet Iron Remover is an automatic iron removal device that, during operation, continuously attracts ferromagnetic substances to the iron remover and automatically throws them out through the rotation of the discharging belt, achieving the purpose of automatic iron removal. It can remove 0.1 to 35 kilograms of ferromagnetic materials, and the internal permanent magnet magnetic system has a lifespan of over 10 years. This model has a wide range of applications, consumes less energy, is easy to maintain, and has a low failure rate.

Permanent magnet iron separators can be divided into automatic unloading, manual unloading, and hand unloading according to the unloading method.

1. Automatic Iron Removal Permanent Magnet Separator - Advantages: The automatic iron removal system ensures a constant magnetic field with no changes in cold or hot states, featuring fewer failure points and is widely used below a 1200 mm belt width. - Disadvantages: Large pieces of iron that are attracted to the magnetic box may not be removable, potentially causing the belt to be jammed and the motor to be damaged. Additionally, it is difficult to clear and might damage the magnetic blocks, thus limiting its use in larger scale applications.

2. Permanent Magnet Iron Remover for Manual Unloading - The simplest, most cost-effective, and space-saving iron remover among all options, with easy manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. It can be roughly categorized into two types based on configuration: suspended fixed and bottom fixed. The suspended fixed iron remover is suitable for installation above a belt conveyor, while the bottom fixed iron remover is ideal for placement below a hopper or chute. This type of iron removing equipment is suitable for scenarios with minimal iron impurities and a feed stream thickness not exceeding 100 mm. During operation, iron particles are directly attracted to the permanent magnet iron remover, necessitating regular manual unloading, which can be labor-intensive.

3. Manual Iron Removal Permanent Magnet Separator The manual iron removal permanent magnet separator employs a hand crank to utilize scraper blades to push iron pieces out of the magnetic field for iron removal, although it is generally not suitable for applications with large iron pieces. The permanent magnet separator is composed of a magnetic source made from rare earth permanent magnetic materials, neodymium-iron boron and ferrite, which create a strong magnetic field to attract and remove ferromagnetic debris. The entire unit does not require electricity, thus eliminating energy consumption. It is a device capable of generating a powerful magnetic attraction to remove ferromagnetic impurities from materials, ensuring the safe and normal operation of equipment such as crushers and grinders in the conveying system. It can also effectively prevent accidents caused by large or long iron pieces cutting through the conveyor belt, and can significantly improve the grade of raw materials. Depending on the iron removal method, it can be categorized into manual, automatic, and programmable control iron removal, among other working modes. Due to varying application scenarios and magnetic circuit structures, various series of products have been developed.
