Workers install the top plate of the tank on the ground, then lift it to the height of one plate using the tool, and continue to install a ring of plates, repeating this process until the tank is fully assembled. Throughout the process, workers only need to stand on the ground to operate. The excellent corrosion resistance of the steel plate ensures that the maintenance of the assembled tank is very simple.
2. Consistent quality, high corrosion resistance
Steel plates are processed and produced in the factory with high standardization, and must pass a series of inspections before they can be shipped, ensuring stable quality. The steel plates are coated with two to three layers of porcelain enamel on both sides through special processing, with a coating thickness of up to 300μm. After heating and polymerization, a strong bond is formed between the porcelain enamel layer and the steel plate. The protective layer formed by the coating not only prevents corrosion of the container but also exhibits resistance to strong acids and alkalis, as well as high-temperature tolerance.
3. Scalable and Migratable
The assembled tank is constructed using standard steel plates bolted together, allowing for disassembly or reinstallation after construction. It is easily adaptable for tank expansion and relocation.
4. Short installation cycle
The steel plates for the assembled tanks are processed in the factory using standardized production methods. After packaging, they are transported to the construction site for assembly. The steel plates are connected with bolts, and installation tools are provided, making the process very simple. The installation is minimally affected by weather conditions, and the timeline is easy to control.
