The independent double-membrane gas holder is a structural component in the gas storage phase of biogas projects. It has a 3/4 spherical shape and is securely fastened to a concrete foundation with steel rails. The main body is made of high molecular polymer polyester material (mainly composed of red clay soft composite film and red clay soft meshed fabric), offering resistance to ultraviolet rays and various microorganisms, high flame retardancy, and compliance with standards.
The independent double-membrane gas holder is mainly composed of the gas holder body system, the gas holder detection system, and the gas holder accessories.
1. Cylinder Body System: Composed of three parts – the outer membrane, inner membrane, and bottom membrane – which can be cut and heat-sealed using either domestic or imported materials based on different requirements.
2. Cylinder Inspection System: Includes flammable gas leak alarm system and cylinder capacity detection system (optional).
3. Cylinder Accessories: Accessories for the independent double-membrane gas cylinder include explosion-proof blowers, anchoring steel rings, non-return valves at the blower outlet, pressure regulators, and other auxiliary equipment.
