Bubble concrete, due to its lightweight and porous nature, also boasts material characteristics such as thermal insulation, heat resistance, frost resistance, and excellent physical and mechanical properties, making it an excellent energy-saving building material. Its mixed slurry can self-level and self-compact during molding; it is easy to work with, conducive to pumping and leveling, and has good compatibility with other building materials. The strength can be adjusted as needed.

(1) Lightweight: The dry bulk density ranges from 300 to 1600 kg/m3, approximately 1/5 to 1/8 of ordinary cement concrete. This can reduce the overall load of buildings, lower the cost of structures and foundations, and is beneficial for earthquake resistance.
(2) Excellent thermal performance: Foam concrete contains numerous tiny pores, forming excellent thermal properties with a normal thermal conductivity ranging from 0.08 to 0.25 W/m*K, demonstrating significant insulation and soundproofing effects.
