1. Besides continuous operation, we need to regularly shut down and open the observation door to inspect the internal wear of the crushing sand-making|sand machine equipment, such as the wear degree of the central feed tube, cone cap, impeller inlets and outlets, vortex cavity liner, and wear-resistant blocks. If severe wear is detected, it should be promptly reported to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. When replacing wear-resistant blocks, they should be replaced simultaneously to ensure the same weight. Any detected wear on the impeller body should also be addressed promptly. 2. The bearing at the top of the main shaft is a floating end, while the bottom is a fixed end. After assembly, the belt pulley should turn smoothly, indicating normal operation. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to the main shaft bearing every 100 hours of operation, and clean the bearing once by opening the main shaft housing every 2000 hours of operation. Generally, new bearings are replaced after 5000 hours of use and maintenance, depending on the condition. 3. During operation, due to the high rotational speed of the crushing sand-making|sand machine equipment, safety in production should be a top priority. Personnel should keep a safe distance from the equipment. Any repairs required on the machine should only be done after shutdown.
