The horizontal machining center is suitable for precision processing in aerospace, automotive, internal combustion engines, household appliances, and general machinery. It is ideal for multi-face milling, drilling, boring, tapping, two-axis, three-axis surface machining, and other multi-process operations. It boasts excellent performance in completing both cavity hole systems and plane processing in a single setup, and is particularly well-suited for turning and boring cavity holes.
Horizontal Machining Center Main Structure and Features:
1. Key components are optimized through finite element analysis, the main cast iron parts feature a stable high-strength cast iron microstructure, and are processed with aging, shot blasting, and tempering to ensure the long-term stability of machine tool accuracy.
2. Machine tools are equipped with an integrated T-shaped casting bed body, gantry columns, and a vertical hanging box main shaft box structure. The bed body features triangular reinforcing ribs internally, resulting in a robust bed structure that provides the machine tool with high rigidity and long-lasting precision stability.
3 high-speed, high-rigidity spindle units combined with servo spindle motors; X/Y/Z axes use high-torque servo motors.
4X/Y/Z feature Taiwan large-diameter, high-precision, high-torque ball screws paired with NSK ball screw matching bearings and high-precision imported locking mechanisms.
5X/Y/Z three-axis guide rail uses Taiwan Hiwin linear guide rail, offering high precision, fast speed, and wear resistance, or can be selected with a rigid track design for strong rigidity as per customer requirements.
