Reasons for Chatter in Gear齿 Face Machining
1. Unclean oil or the presence of debris can cause the pressure regulating valve to become momentarily stuck, leading to unstable oil pressure and resulting in gear chattering.
2. The hydraulic cylinder at the top of the vertical lead screw has a damaged seal, causing oil leakage. The oil pressure is too low, resulting in unstable vertical feed of the tool holder and creeping.
3. The thrust ball screw of the vertical feed mechanism is severely damaged, or there is excessive clearance.
4. Incorrect adjustment of the saddle pillar guide rail wedges.
5. The main shaft of the rolling tool has burrs or damage on two thrust bearings, or excessive movement.
6. The engagement clearance between the inclined gears on the rolling tool spindle (20/60) and the bevel gear pairs on the small inclined shaft (17/17) is excessive.
