1. A Certificate of Incorporation or a new Limited Company's representative signing the "Application for Enterprise Change (Record Filing) Registration" (original copy 1).
2. Applicant's identification proof (photocopy 1, original to be verified)
Notice of Preliminary Approval for Enterprise Name 1 copy
4. Resolution or decision regarding the change of the company type for the Original Joint Stock Company (The company's decision is to be signed by shareholders and stamped with the official seal) (Original 1 copy)
5. Articles of Incorporation (Original 1 copy)
6. Corporate legal person qualification certificate or natural person identity proof (1 copy, original must be verified for new shareholders);
7. A document listing the names, places of residence of the directors, supervisors, and managers of Zai Ming Limited, as well as proof of appointments, elections, or engagements (original copy 1).
8. Original appointment document of the Legal Representative of the Company (original) and identification proof (1 copy, original to be verified if there is a change in the Legal Representative);
9. Original and all copies (originals) of the Articles of Incorporation for the Joint Stock Company.
