Angle iron is a construction carbon structural steel used for simple cross-section profiled steel, mainly for metal structures and factory frameworks. It requires good weldability, plastic deformation properties, and certain mechanical strength for use. The raw material for producing angle iron is low-carbon square billets, and the finished angle iron is delivered in hot-rolled, normalized, or hot-rolled condition.
