Plastic pallet boxes are lightweight, high-strength, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly, with waterproof and moisture-proof properties, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and oil stains. They come in a variety of colors and offer excellent environmental and processing capabilities, making them a widely adopted new eco-friendly packaging material in many advanced countries. Unlike most plastic packaging materials, which are typically single-use, plastic pallet boxes are often recycled and reused multiple times after use. Therefore, in their design, they must not only provide good protection and storage for the contents but also consider the stacking of empty boxes to save warehouse space and reduce transportation costs. The design usually includes bottom clips, allowing boxes of the same length and width to be stacked easily. Folding boxes can also be collapsed when empty, saving space. The time saved by transporting empty boxes back after delivering goods is substantial as well. The production of these boxes is also quite fast, with an average medium-sized box taking about fifty seconds to produce.

Disadvantages: Prone to warping, not very good cold-heat resistance.

Advantages: Good setting, not prone to deformation, high flexibility, strong resistance, and heat and cold resistance.

Shortcomings: Lack of luster, white spots after use, neutral hardness (too heavy, not suitable for stacking, consider using thicker boxes instead).
