To ensure food safety during the two festivals, yesterday, the City Consumer Association collaborated with the local Administration for Market Regulation, Health, Food and Drug Supervision, and Quality Supervision departments to inspect food products sold in supermarkets and food production enterprises in our city. The inspection revealed that the sanitation conditions of some food production enterprises were unsatisfactory, and the sale of unpackaged pastries in supermarkets was a common occurrence.
In the production facility of Xiangyu Food Co., Ltd., flies are visible, and in the finished goods warehouse, multiple flies chase each other. According to regulations, the周转箱周转 boxes used for storing cooked food should be cleaned and disinfected before each use, but the boxes containing cooked meat products are stained with dirt. The ground in the changing room is covered in wastewater, a white plastic bucket filled with black, smelly water, and the plastic casings for sausage are improperly stored in the changing room.
In some supermarkets, inspectors found flies buzzing around the pastry preparation areas, with finished pastries and sundries being stored in violation of regulations. Some bread and pastry items were being sold without any anti-fly or dust-proof facilities.
