7. High-rise building users are required to equip with professional electricians, strictly implement the safety management system for fire, electricity, and gas usage, regularly inspect and maintain electrical and gas pipelines, and promptly eliminate potential hazards.
8. High-rise residents should develop a family fire prevention and evacuation plan, stock up on items such as towels and gas masks, memorize the evacuation route, and physically inspect whether the emergency exit pathways are clear.
9. High-rise building management or operating units should establish a micro fire station integrated with fire prevention, extinguishing, and publicity training.
