Product Description
Energy-saving complete sets with integrated packaging structure, requiring no additional auxiliary equipment, are easy to operate and maintain. They feature long service life for all consumable parts, top technical performance domestically, equivalent to the advanced level of similar foreign compressors, and can replace similar imported products.
Six major product series, nearly a hundred specifications and varieties. Lubrication methods include pressure and spray. Product structures include single-cylinder vertical, double-cylinder vertical, and symmetrical balanced. Product types include fixed, mobile, and various marine compressors. Displacement ranges from 0.2 m³/min to 10 m³/min, with exhaust pressure from 0.8 Mpa to 2.6 Mpa, catering to the needs of different working conditions such as loading and unloading, conveying, charging, and process pressure boosting at three-level stations, two-level stations, fire pits, docks, gas stations, industrial stations, and refineries in various regions and seasons.
Utilizing the latest PLC control system, long-distance touchscreen display and monitoring enhance the reliability of the compressor operation. Monitoring items include: alarm and shutdown for high or low intake pressure; alarm and shutdown for low oil pressure; alarm and shutdown for each stage of exhaust; alarm and shutdown for low water pressure; alarm and shutdown for motor overload.
Product Usage Features:
The working medium of the reciprocating compressor is civil gas or a similar type. It is primarily used for or similar to pressure boosting, and can also be used for vacuum extraction. Therefore, this type of compressor is a key facility in urban areas, industrial and mining sites, port storage and transportation stations, bottling factories, and vehicle refueling stations. Structural Features
The ZW series and CZW series reciprocating compressors are vertical, single-acting, air-cooled, oil-free lubricated, and piston-type. Our factory's compressors in various series are oil-free lubricated for the cylinders and packing components, ensuring the purity of the working medium. The crankshaft, connecting rod, and crosshead components are pressure-lubricated (flood-lubricated) to guarantee the reliability of lubrication.
