Surface Condition: The surface condition of galvanized sheets varies due to different processing methods in the coating process, such as ordinary zinc flower, fine zinc flower, flat zinc flower, no zinc flower, and surfaces treated with phosphating. German standards also specify surface grades.
Galvanized Sheet
(2) Galvanized sheets should have a good appearance without any defects harmful to product use, such as uncoated areas, holes, cracks, scale, excessive coating thickness, scratches, chromic acid residue, and white rust. International standards do not define specific appearance defects clearly. When placing an order, specific defects should be listed in the contract.
