Product specifications are unique. Thickness ranges from 8 to 50mm, width from 150 to 625mm, and length from 5 to 15m. The product specifications have a dense grade interval, meeting customer needs and can replace medium plate usage. No cutting is required, allowing direct welding.

The product surface is smooth. The process employs a secondary high-pressure water descaling step to ensure a smooth steel surface.

Both sides are perpendicular with clear angles. The second pass in the cold rolling process ensures good perpendicularity of the sides, clean corners, and high surface quality of the edges.

The product dimensions are accurate, with a three-point tolerance and better than steel plate standards in同级差. The product is straight and has a good plate shape. The precision rolling uses continuous rolling technology with automatic mandrel and automatic control, ensuring no steel stacking or pulling, resulting in high product size precision. The tolerance range, three-point tolerance, strip difference, and sickle bend parameters are all superior to medium plates, and the plate shape is straight. Cold cutting shearing ensures high precision in length measurements.

Product material conforms to national standards, identical to steel plate. Quality and technical standards are produced according to YB/T4212-2010 (Q345B/Q235B refer to GB/T1591-94, GB/T700-06 respectively).
