Due to the zinc-plating process applied to rectangular tubes, the application range of zinc-plated rectangular tubes has been significantly expanded compared to regular rectangular tubes. They are mainly used for curtain walls, construction, mechanical manufacturing, steel construction projects, shipbuilding, solar panel supports, steel structure projects, electrical engineering, power plants, agricultural and chemical machinery, glass curtain walls, automotive undercarriages, and airports.
Features
Galvanized for enhanced protective properties and corrosion resistance. The entire structure is composed of zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal structure, which acts as a barrier on the steel plate, effectively preventing the penetration of corrosive elements. The corrosion resistance comes from the strong protective function of the zinc barrier layer. When zinc serves as a sacrificial protector at the cut edges, scratches, and coating abrasions, it forms an insoluble oxide layer, thereby exerting a barrier protective function.
