When using microwave drying equipment, corresponding inspections should also be conducted, promptly checking for any issues with the equipment to ensure timely resolution and the smooth operation of the machinery. This is a very important point, so when using it, inspection is necessary. So, how do you inspect it?
Inspect the cooling system of the microwave drying equipment
When inspecting cooling systems, it's crucial to first identify the cooling method used by the equipment. If water cooling is employed, check for leaks and blockages in the water pipes. For air cooling, inspect the fans for integrity, ensure the power supply is normal, and replace any damaged parts.
2. Inspect the high-voltage capacitors of the microwave drying equipment
The resistance value of the shunt resistor for the high-voltage capacitor is approximately 10Ω; the resistance between the capacitor terminals and the housing should be infinite. If the measured values of the replaced components do not match the actual values.
3. Inspect the high-pressure silicon stack of the microwave drying equipment
Measure the forward resistance of the high-voltage silicon stack with a multimeter; it should be around 100kΩ. The reverse resistance should be infinite. If the actual measured value does not match the above data, replace the high-voltage silicon stack.
After understanding the testing methods for microwave drying equipment, we will continuously monitor our equipment during operation to promptly identify issues and develop solutions accordingly. Therefore, regular inspections are essential.
