The Non-Destructive Testing Division (简称Nak Non-Destructive) of Gangye Nak Non-Destructive Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is one of its distinctive segments. Built upon the foundation of the Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory (Room 10) of the Original Iron and Steel Research Institute, Nak Non-Destructive has accumulated substantial talent and technical expertise over the past four decades. The Non-Destructive Testing Division is the chairing unit of the Non-Destructive Testing Branch of the China Society of Metals; a member unit of the Committee on Non-Destructive Testing Technology of China Mechanical Engineering Society; and a member unit of the Committee of National Steel Standardization Technical Committee.

One: Industrialization of Scientific Research Achievements (Detection Equipment and Instruments)

To date, we have installed nearly 500 automated ultrasonic, eddy current, flux leakage, and magnetic particle inspection lines or equipment for industries such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, railways, and machinery, including seamless steel pipes, welded pipes, steel bars, steel plates, and train wheels; in addition, we also sell over a thousand non-destructive testing instruments, mainly including eddy current flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and electromagnetic ultrasonic flaw detectors.

Our developed large-bore tube and bar wireless transmission ultrasonic rotating head inspection system enables rapid defect detection of 380mm diameter steel pipes, and is exported to international markets such as South Korea, Indonesia, and Thailand; our designed billet online ultrasonic inspection system can perform online detection of internal and surface defects in billets, has been successfully applied in Nanjing Iron and Steel and Xingtai Iron and Steel Corporation, and can replace imported equipment; our developed high-speed rail EMU wheel online ultrasonic inspection system allows for online high-speed internal detection of high-speed rail EMU wheels.

Section 3: Non-Destructive Calibration and Assessment

A CNAS-accredited third-party calibration laboratory, we are currently the most qualified and capable non-destructive testing calibration institution in China, particularly excelling in the field of online automated non-destructive testing instrument calibration, ranking highly domestically. We offer calibration services for third-party non-destructive testing instruments, probes, and comparative samples, in accordance with metrological calibration specifications, metrological inspection procedures, ISO standards, EN standards, and ASTM standards.

As the affiliated unit of the Non-Destructive Testing Center for Steel Industry, GaoYanNaKe is responsible for testing, evaluating, and certifying the comprehensive performance of automatic non-destructive testing equipment for domestic enterprises. We offer third-party services for testing, evaluating, and certifying the comprehensive performance of automated non-destructive testing systems, in accordance with industry standards and international standards.
