Belt Conveyer Maintenance Matters：

1The bucket elevator should start with no load. Therefore, before each shutdown, all the material in the buckets should be discharged, and then the machine can be stopped.

2Reverse operation is not permitted. Reversing may lead to chain derailment, which is quite麻烦 to rectify.

3Uniformly feed. Do not abruptly increase the feeding rate. The feeding amount must not exceed the conveying capacity of the elevator. Otherwise, it is prone to cause material accumulation at the bottom, and in severe cases, it may lead to a "stuck elevator" accident.

4Ensure timely and adequate lubrication.

5Always replace chains and buckets when they are severely worn or damaged.
