Bucket Elevator is a continuous conveying machine for vertically lifting materials, utilizing a series of buckets uniformly mounted on an endless traction element. The bucket elevator transports bulk materials upwards in a vertical or near-vertical direction using a series of buckets fixed on a traction chain or belt. It is categorized into three types: ring chain, flat chain, and belt.
Advantages of Bucket Elevator: High capacity conveying and elevated lifting height.

Operation Principle: The hopper scoops up materials from the storage below, lifting them to the top via a conveyor belt or chain. After passing over the top roller, it flips downward, and the bucket elevator pours the materials into the receiving hopper. Belt-driven bucket elevators typically use rubber belts, mounted on lower or upper drive rollers and lower or upper reversing rollers. Chain-driven bucket elevators usually have two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive sprockets above or below and a pair of reversing sprockets above or below. Bucket elevators are generally enclosed to prevent dust from飞扬 within.
