Cement, fly ash steel silo and auxiliary equipment usage precautions
Ensure the flexibility of the zero parts for the safety valve of the steel plate silo
Each month, inspect the bolts, springs, and other components of the safety valve in the steel plate silo to ensure they are operational and undamaged, particularly when the safety valve has released over-pressurized gas. Do not blindly adjust the pressure of the safety valve; instead, check if the dust collector on the top of the steel plate silo is blocked. Inspect at least once a month; when a blockage is found, remove the top cover, remove the filter core, manually shake it to remove accumulated material, and then reinstall it for use. The removed fabric bags can be washed, dried, and reused; if the accumulated material is removed, they can be reused. If not, replace them with new bags for use. Otherwise, damage and safety hazards may occur, with severe consequences.
2. Strictly prohibited from blowing dust into the steel silo for storage materials.
When using steel plate silos, it is strictly prohibited to blow dust into the silo once the material reaches the rated storage capacity. If such an occurrence happens, it may lead to dangerous situations like overfilling and bursting. For the safety of the steel plate silo, operators must strictly adhere to the precautions and operate as instructed.
3. Operation of steel plate storage tank safety valves
The steel plate silo is undergoing blowing ash storage, at which point the safety valve is initially opened to reach the rated internal pressure of the steel plate silo.
4. Operation of the vibrator within the dedusting device of the steel plate silo
After the blowing and storage of steel plate silos is completed, activate the dust collector's vibrator for 5-6 minutes to ensure the cleanliness of the filters within the dust collector, guarantee the normal operation of the safety valve, and achieve the normal rated storage capacity of the steel plate silo materials.
5. Strictly control the service life of the dust collection device on the steel plate silo roof
To ensure the proper operation of the steel plate silo, the dust collector filter element must be removed and cleaned after each month of use. This is to maintain the lifespan of the filter element, which should be replaced every three months.
6. Inspect and clean the steel plate silo with an all-purpose valve
Inspect and clean the safety valve of the steel plate silo, as well as the surrounding environment of the dust collector, to ensure their normal operation.
Once the steel plate silo is constructed, the operator should carefully and meticulously review the instructions. Properly handle the above points, and promptly contact the contractor if any issues arise. When discharging materials from the steel plate silo, connect compressed air to the deflector to perform a gas炮 inside the silo, which will loosen the mixture and facilitate smooth discharge.
