The company employs a combination of automatic spray guns and manual touch-up guns to ensure real-time monitoring of the powder coating quality, thereby guaranteeing product stability. The curing conditions for general pure polyester powder coatings are 200°C for 10 minutes, achieved by adjusting the furnace temperature and chain speed. After spraying, iron gates must be dried with cold air. During the drying process, the workpieces are inspected. For permissible defects such as sagging, bubbling, exposed base, and pinholes, the powder coating can be thinned with acetone and applied or sprayed onto the defect surface while the workpiece is still wet, allowing residual heat to cure. For major defects, repair work is required. Different methods are chosen based on the coating thickness, typically including re-spraying, mechanical sanding, and using film removers.
