1. Metal Protective Coating: A layer of non-corrosive metal or alloy is applied to the surface of ironwork products, with common methods including electroplating, spraying, and hot-dip galvanizing. However, for ironwork products, hot-dip galvanizing is generally the preferred choice. Due to the professional degreasing and rust removal before plating and the high-temperature immersion in a molten zinc bath at 440 degrees Celsius, the coating can cover many defects and gaps, prevent future rusting, and offer excellent adhesion.

2. Non-metallic Coating: Applying one or more layers of organic and inorganic compounds, such as paints, plastics, rubber, asphalt, enamel, acid-resistant materials, and rust prevention oils, to the surface of wrought iron products.

3. Chemical Protective Coating: Forms a non-metallic film coating on wrought iron products using chemical and electrochemical methods, such as blackening, bluing, and phosphate treatment, etc.

4. Remove Welding Residue: As the main door has many welding points, it is crucial to thoroughly clean the slag from each welding area. First, use a file or flat iron to knock off the slag, then use a polishing machine and sandpaper to sand the welds, making them smooth. Also, clean up any slag that has splashed onto other areas.

5. Polishing Atomic Ash Grey: After drying, use a buffing machine and sandpaper to sand the various components of the door, with particular attention to the areas where the atomic ash grey has been applied, ensuring they are well polished.

6. Painting: Before spraying, clean all parts of the door with a damp cloth to ensure no dust remains. Apply the first coat of rust-inhibiting paint, then once the coating is dry, apply the second coat of black paint followed by a clear coat. Be mindful not to miss any spots and avoid defects such as drips. For minor areas, use a brush to apply touch-up paint.
